Good day

I did the steps that you recommended, however I cannot access the printer's ews, I even downloaded the hp print & scan doctor and the reset options appear disabled.

Is there a way to repair the wifi? any hard reset or something like that? I already tried everything in the manual. I am from technical support and well this printer simply does not activate the wifi

 

the printer works well by usb although sometimes it says that two-way communication could not be established

@JuanCastillo It looks like the wireless card on the printer is malfunctioning and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

 

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
