HP Recommended

Recently updated printer to firmware level 5.9.2.3. Following this the printer Errors with and 81.9.00 error.

 

Have turned off the firewall on the printer and it appears to start and run OK. We previously had firewall setup under old firmware (5.9.0.2).

 

So has anyone else this problem and/or where can I go to download this older firmware to revert the printer back so I can re-enable the firewall.

 

Tried to contact HP support direct, but webchat didn't work. Tried to call but kept getting cut off!
