Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please I set my administrator password on the printer but it didn’t prompt me to put a username, after completing and when I wanted to login again it asked me for a username and password, I tried “admin” but didn’t work!! Any idea please of how to reset to factory settings I am locked out..
