M202DW LASER PRINTER SHOWING MENU IS DISABLE

DEAR SIR,

I HAVE LASERJET M202DW PRINTER. PROBLOM IS THERE I WANT TO CHANGE MY IP ADDRESS IN PRINTER BUT FROM PRINTER PANEL IT'S SHOWING MENU IS DISABLE. I CAN NOT GO TO INSIDE OF ANY MENU.

I TRYED FROM COMPUTER BY IP ADDRESS IN URL. PAGE IS OPEN AND SHOWING ALL FUNCTION OF PRINTER BUT I CANNOT CHANGE ANYTHING. WHEN I CLICK TO CHANGE IP IT'S ASKING FOR USER AND PASSWORD.

I HAD UPGADE THE FIRMWARE ALSO BUT PROBLOM IS SAIM.

SO PLESE HELP ME
