Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have recently purchased a  LaserJet Pro M426dw, which is supposed to have automatic duplex printing (one of the reasons I chose this model).  However, upon installing, I have found out that I'm not able to do that, as the only option in the printing dialogue is to print on both sides manually. I have installed both the latest driver and firmware from the support webpage.

How can I fix this? Anyone knows please?

Hey there, kind of fixed it, so I'll leave this topic here in case anyone wonders as well. You need to open up the printer properities dialog in Windows and set duplex printing unit as installed, then everything works fine.
