Product: HP LaserJet M477

My HP LaserJet seems to print fine in black & white but if I print something with color, something with a picture, it has horrible streaks. Changing cartridges doesn't seem to help.

The streaks I had seemed black so I didn't think that the problem was the color cartridges. I did try changing the two toner cartridges that were a bit low but I didn't change the red one as it showed that it had a lot of toner left. Finally, I tried changing the red and the quality seems to have improved. Maybe it was a problem with the cartridge after all. Time will tell. Many thanks for your consideration. Is there a way that I can tell how many copies this copier has made in its lifetime? Many thanks. Bill

In the reports menu there is a report called usage page that will show the number if images printed.
