M479gdw misses job when awakening

Just bought a M479fdw printer 2 days ago as a replacement for my Canon MF9220cdn printer.

Runnng OSX Catalina

The printer is connected to the network by cable and my mac is also, and with static IP

Found that when printer is in shutdown mode and i send af print job, the printer wakes with in seconds, can hear is starts up.

The Print manager in OSX Cataline tells me "Sending print - connected to printer", the print dialog disapear and the printer goes to sleep, not printing the the job.

if i print again, the job comes out.

It seames the printer due to "wake up" dosent rescives the job and goes to sleep.

The problem i never had with the Canon printer..

Do i need the "Job storage" usb, to be sure the printer get the job when is awaking?

In general i find the printer "slow" on resciving jobs, from when im sending to the printer begins to print.

Does the unit print ok if you send the job when the printer is already awake? There have been some printing issues with Catalina that Apple and HP are working on that might resolve the issue.

Yes, it do not loose the job if its already awake.

Is there a somewhere i can read more about the issue with Catalina and HP?

Will a downgrade to mojave fix the issue?
