M775mfp. Making Noise

Microsoft Windows XP

I've this M775MFP That's making Noise/Groan that occurs after the print job stops and canlast for between 30-60 seconds. We have installed at lease two New/OEM [CE516A} Transfer Kit and that seems to work but longer than a week at most. Plus the fuser was replace as well. Like I said the noise only occurs after the print job is complete. Can anyone help me out with this. Or have had the same Problem.  Thank You

Zack

Usr the onboard diagnostic to isolate components until you find the problem. Depending on firmware version either go to administration, troubleshooting or support tools.

Hi,

Please reply done that multiple times.  And if you haven’t already need to tell them only time can at least temporarily stop the noise (again noise only occurs post printing) is when oem transfer assembly is installed.

Thx
