Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try to install my new printer. But although the cable is connected, it refuses to recognizes my network, The app says:

 

Status: Netwerkkabel niet aangesloten IPv4-adres:   Subnetmasker:   Standaard gateway:   IP geconfigureerd door: Niet opgegeven Voorkeursmethode voor IP-adres: DHCP DHCP/BOOTP-server:   TFTP-server: Niet opgegeven WINS-server:   Voorkeurs-DNS-adres: Niet opgegeven Alternatief DNS-adres: Niet opgegeven

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Are you using a public network or a private network?

Have you tried using a USB cable and check if the issue persists?

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve network issues.
