Product: Color LaserJet PRO MFP M182nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This brand new printer was reset to factory defaults but prints Word documents as well as PDFs (document or "as image") with black background.  How do I turn off black background?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • 1. Does this happen while copying too?
  • 2. From which application are you printing these documents?
