Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is it possible to adjust the vertical print spacing on an MFP M227fdw?

 

Company checks were being printed perfectly on MFP M426fdn's which were replaced by the 227's and now everything prints slightly lower - the CSZ line of an address is split by the lower edge of a window envelope. There is no opportunity to modify spacing in the application software.

 

Any suggestions? thanks.
