Product: MFP M476DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have been using this MFP M476DW for a few years (low usage) happily.  Recently, it seemingly randomly locks up, with a blank touchpad except for blinking "ready" and "attention" icons.  Must be turned off/on to clear, then seems to be OK for a while.  I installed latest firmware 20190401, but problem not solved.  It gives me no information.  How do I figure out what the problem is, and how do I resolve it? Help!

Make sure that you are plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a UPS, surge or power strip. These can have adverse effects on laser printers.
