Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477

New MFP M477, all of the colors print as they should but black will not print.  Swapped black cartridge with known good cartridge and it still won't work - and the black cartridge from this M477 works in other printers.  The printer thinks it's printing black and shows no errors but black never shows up on paper.  Printer accuratly shows black's toner level.
