Mi impresora está offline

Saludos, tengo una impresora  [Personal Information Removed] (espero poder ayudar con este número), la impresora está configurada a mi red inalámbrica de wifi, cuando voy a imprimir inalambricamente no imprime,y todos mis dispositivos como laptop y celulares telefónico me indican offline... la impresora me trabaja muy bien conectada a las laptops mediante puerto USB o conexión por cable, necesito me ayuden ya que solo es una impresora para trabajar con tres laptop lo cual no puedo conectarlas por puerto USB al mismo tiempo.

Gracias por la ayuda que me puedan brindar.
