Missaligned colors on Color Laserjet Pro MFP 277dw

When printing colors, the magenta, cyan and yellow are missaligned on the pages and create the old 3d-effect where you wore colored glasses. How can this be resolved?

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Meanwhile:

Print a cleaning page

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch Setup ().

2. Touch Service, and then touch Cleaning Page.

3. Load plain, white paper when you are prompted.

4. Touch OK to begin the cleaning process.

5. Try to print again to see if the issue is resolved,

Check the EconoMode settings

1. From the software program, select the Print option.

2. Select the printer, and then click Properties or Preferences.

3. Click the Paper/Quality tab, and then locate the Print Quality area.

4. If the entire page is too dark, use these settings:

   • Select the 600 dpi option.

   • Select the EconoMode check box to enable it.

   If the entire page is too light, use these settings:

   • Select the FastRes 1200 option.

   • Clear the EconoMode check box to disable it.

5. Click OK, and then click OK to print the job.
