I have a Laserjet Pro 100 Colour MFP M175.
I've moved house and can't get the printer to forget the name of the router at my old house and instead connect with my new BT one. I clicked the Wireless menu on the printer, then WPS setup and it said 'click the WPS button on the router', which I did. The printer then tries to find it but always times out after 2 minutes. But the hub is only feet away from it! How can I make my printer behave?
NB: I'm on the latest version of W10 and using an HP laptop. Under 'Bluetooth and other devices' Bluetooth is switched on but when I click '+' add other devices it only finds my TV! The printer is ten feet from me.

I tried factory reset already with no success unfortunately.
I solved it in the end using the 'HP Printer Dr' download.
But oddly, when I ran this utility (5 times) on my fairly new HP Envy laptop it always timed out, getting stuck at 99%. As an experiment I loaded the utility onto a very old Toshiba laptop and when I ran it there it worked perfectly, updating the printer and putting it on the network. When I ran the utility again on the HP Envy it succeeded, the way already having been prepared! I'm now up and printing on my laptops and desktop. 😊

@SkylineUK
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Firstly, let's restore factory settings :
1. On the product control panel, press the Setup button.
2. Use the arrows buttons to select the Service menu, and then press the OK button.
3. Use the arrows buttons to select the Restore Defaults item, and then press the OK button. The product automatically restarts

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
