I recently purchased a new M252dw and it's been functioning very well, but I tried printing an envelope using WordPerfect, and while the envelop feed into the printer just fine, it came out without any printing on it.
I tried a few times and cannot get an address to print out on the printer.
Help please!

I solved my own issue after doing more research on the internet.
In WordPerfect X8, I clicked on Print, went to the Advanced tab, and at the bottom right it says Paper feed: and it was set to Left. I changed it to Center, and now envelopes print correctly.
I hope that my solution helps others.

Hi,
Please press the Setup icon and select System Setup, the select Paper Tray Settings and ensure the correct Paper Size is set as Envelope #10.

I decided to see if I could print the envelope in a different word processing program.
My initial problem was printing from WordPerfect X8.
The envelope printed just fine from Microsoft Word.
Are there any WordPerfect users out there to help me with the WordPerfect issue?
