Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw using Windows 10 will not let me print envelopes. It keeps telling me to load the paper tray and I have with number 10 envelopes. It printed one and then won't print any others.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to HP support community.

Clean the paper pick rollers

  1. Turn off the printer.

  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent, and then disconnect the power cord and any cables from the rear of the printer.

  3. Remove the paper stack from the input tray.

  4. Lift the printer and place it on its side or back.

  5. Pull out the paper tray, and then locate the gray paper pick rollers.

  6. Lightly dampen a cotton swab with water, and then squeeze it to remove any excess water.

  7. Clean the rollers with the swab, rotating the rollers with your fingers to completely clean them.

  8. Allow the rollers to dry for two minutes.

  9. Set the printer upright.

  10. Reconnect the power cord, and then turn on the printer.

I want the print on my printer to be a bit darker. I realize I can sometimes change the font, but not always.

Also I have one color (Pink, or maybe it's called majenta) that has slight white lines running through it when I am printing with a solid color area. The others are okay, but not the majenta.
