Product: HP Color LaserJet CP 2025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello 

I have an old HP Color LaserJet CP 2025 printer that will not print in white and black after the yellow cartridge has run out.  

I have changed the settings to B/W but the screen kept showing the same error message: Replace the yellow cartridge. 

I have updated the software. 

 

Please help me.

HP Recommended

You cannot operate this unit without usable cartridges in all slots. There are mechanical, electrical and print quality issues all related to why you cannot.
