I have two Windows 10 laptops, an HP Elitebook and a Lenovo V570. (the HP is Windows Pro, the Lenovo is Win Home)
They both have Office 365.
The Lenovo prints Word and Excel documents just fine.
The LaserJet will not print ANY Office documents from the Elitebook. However it will print from the browser just fine.
So, based on all that, we know the printer is working OK. There has to be something wrong with the HP laptop setup.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael

Try to re-install drivers and there're three kinds of Universal drivers PCL5, PCL6, PS.
PCL5 is better in most circumstances and PS is better too.
PCL6 & PS can be downloaded from HP and PCL5 can be got from beneath.

Reinstall or repair office on the HP laptop.
As long as the HP laptop is able to print from other applications then the issue is isolated to an MS Office issue on that machine. Seek out support from Microsoft if a repair does not resolve the issue.
