Hi, I looked through the HP provided manuals for this error message: "used supply in use" but cannot find. I turned the printer on/off and reconnected the wire to my laptop but the error message still comes up and I cannot print. It was working just fine a few days ago. Appreciate any help, thanks!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
If you have another set of cartridges, insert those and check if you still get the error message. Are you using HP Genuine cartridges?
