The printer is trying to tell you that it is detecting a paper jam around tray 2. 

 

Take the paper tray out and inspect the tray area for scraps of paper near the rollers.  Wipe down the pickup rollers with a damp lint free cloth.  Do the same for the single sheet slot right above tray 2.  Perhaps you accidentally loaded paper into the slot and it got stuck.

 

If you would like more assistance then please confirm your printer model.  Printer jams are physical issues.  Jams normally occur when rollers grip or slip too much and send paper into the paper path walls.  Some models have other common jam issues such as sticky solenoids.
