Dear all,

I am one of those billing customers who pays monthly amount for certain pages. It has been good for while but now i did not get black ink and i cant print. I have been paying the bill and paid the recent one. There is NO WAY to contact and that VIRTUAL agent is far from being helpful.

Kindly advise any phone number or email to contact REAL human to discuss with.

Regards

Hello, i do believe you are referring to a Maintenance Agreement, where you pay for a certain amount of copies/ prints per month and are billed for overages, while the parts, labor, and ink are provided under the M.A. Usually this M.A. is sold by a company who sells and services copiers. In most companies they tag the machine with a sticker containing either the serial of the machine or the equipment I.D.#, so they know who the customer is. The sticker should have a company name and phone number on it for service. You may also look at the old empty ink cartridges to see if there is an sticker or company name.

Hope this helps, thanks.
