Need to factory reset as we have change aps and need to change printer wifi but it is asking for a password.
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printer reset.
Let's try these steps to restore the printer settings to defaults -
1) On the product control panel, touch the Setup button.
2) Scroll to and touch the Service menu.
3) Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button.
If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform an advanced reset. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
