I got some instructions to reset the NVRAM but it didn't do anything. What helped was that I changed to computer where Win7 was installed. Then I installed Drivers here: https://support.hp.com/lamerica_nsc_carib-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-m102-printer-series... Then I was able to connect via USB and do the factory reset. I also updated Firmware which was 3 years newer. Good luck.

Hi there,
I have the very same problem as others here. I can not factory reset this printer!! It keeps trying to find the old SSID address and I have a new modem.
Please tell me how I can tell it the new SSID name? The printer is only a year old :-(. And I just bought a new cartridge.
Boohoo! Can someone please help me?
Thanks!
