Every time I send a document to print, the printer has me to load tray 1.  I don't know what happen but it used to automatically default t tray 2 or 3.  I guess one of the office workers did something unknowingly.  Can someone help me get this set back to tray 2 and 3 please.

The most common cause of this:

The standard paper being requested does not match the settings of the tray on the printer. For instance, the print job is asking for plain letter, but the trays on the printer are set for heavy letter or a different size. As this printer does not automatically detect paper size it only knows what it is told by the operator. Also check the printer driver to ensure that the default size set on the driver matches your printer. I have seen some driver installs where the default size gets set to A4 when it should be letter size. Some HP models also have a setting called manual feed and if it is turned on the printer defaults to the MP tray.
