Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I need the two-sided turn OFF on my new printer. It is set as default and it needs turn off.

If it is the driver default then you need to go on your PC to control panel>devices and printers and right click the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the dropdown menu.  Click on Preferences button at bottom of window then them click printing shortcuts and change factory default to print on both sides=no. Click apply and that should do it.
