Network Connection Permissions Issue

HP Recommended
OJP 8600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Connecting to a new network. The options for "Wireless," "Setup Wizard" and "Restore Defaults" show "locked" icons. Only an administrator can access it, but I'm the "administrator." Next steps?

You need to go into the embedded web server and enable these functions. Settings>security>Administrator settings

This screen shot should be close enough to give you guidance as to where to find the settings. If you cannot connect via wireless you may need to connect a wired network cable initially to access these settings.
