Hello!

I had problems with my printer, dont remember exact error code, but 99.00 something. 

I downloaded latest firmvare and unzipped to usb flash drive. Replaced HDD 500gb from a laptop (ntfs formatted)

 

When i boot up now, i just get 99.09.62 Unknown disk.

 

When i go to administrator and format disk, after a couple of minutes it just shows Disk partition clean error. 

 

Disk diagnose shows ok. Any tips for letting me flash new firmware to HDD ?

In the download section, there was two firmware files. I have been trying with the Future smart bundle 4.1.1 all week. 

Tonight, i downloaded version 3.9.6, and printer is alive again at first attempt.  I dont know whats the problem with 4.1.1 version but now i am just happy that my printer is back online! Thanks for help and support!

From preboot menu Administration -> Manage disk -> Secure/Erase and then load firmware from USB Thumbdrive

i do not have secure/erase in manage disk, do you mean manage disk - boot device, then erase disk ?

I am now testing secure erase from boot device menu, how long should this take?

Secure/Erase takes some time to complete, just leave it.

Hmm Okay, it is 500gb disk, hope it is worth waiting for 🙂

Now it suddenly got back to the boot option meny, i did as you sait, but Shows only Downloading checking parition transferring 0% for several minutes now. Do i need to format disk after Erase ?

Try going to administrator>manage disk>boot device> erase / unlock and thne try to download the firmware.
