I changed a ITB (Kit Transfer) in a Laserjet M681. But It says that Transfer is not installed. Someone told me to reset ITB or the printer memory, because it is with old data. That is true? How to do it?

If the belt is not being detected then resetting the counter is unlikely to suddenly make the belt detected. If you put the old belt back in does the printer recognize that belt? If so, the new belt is likely defective and missing the flag that tells the printer that the belt is installed.

I have try it in 3 different printers M681. Actually It is been recognized. But it shows old memory transfer. For example:
My printer was showing "low transfer level", I changed the ITB and keep showing "low transfer level". Another printer, it was with 60% level, and with new ITB, keep showing 60% level.
I also made factory reset my printer, but I do not have sucess.

The reset chip on these belts will only trigger a reset once, on the first machine that it was installed on. If that reset did not happen then the chip was probably defective and you should engage HP technical support regarding this issue as this should be covered by the warranty of the supply.
