New modem can’t connect printer

@TALK1

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried connecting other devices to your new Modem?
  • Are you getting any error code or message while connecting to your New Modem?
  • What is the operating system?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

New modem can’t connect printer

Thanks for your offer of assistance. I was able to connect. Just FYI - everything else was connected, no error message. I read that HPprinters don’t connect to 5g so I changed to 2 g and was able to connect.
