I purchased a new toner cartridge from HP.com (online). When I placed the new catridge into the printer it squells when printing. I took the new cartridge out and returned the old cartridge to the printer and no squelling when printing. Did this three times and each with the same results. It would appear that the new toner cartridge is defective. How can I get a replacement toner cartridge?

If you bought from the online store, go to the online store and there should be a chat button and report the cartridge as defective and they will replace it. Or you can call technical support.
