LaserJet 4000 unable to print Word or Excel (Office 365) documents on Windows 10 Pro installed on HP Elitebook.

 

Anybody had problems printing Office 365 stuff on their LaserJets?

 

Thanks for any tips.

We need more context to assist you with this problem.

 

Please confirm at a minimum:

- Error messages on the printer or PC

- Steps you have tried so far

- Network or USB printer connection

- Can you print from anything other than MS Office apps

 

The easy first steps are always to reboot everything in the system.  The next easy steps are to reinstall the printer software with the latest updates from HPs support website for your OS and printer model.
