I have done a hard reboot and reset to the factory settings twice. When trying to setup the wireless feature, the printer still says the wireless radio is not functioning and to contact HP Support.

Sounds like its a bad radio.  A hardware swap is likely required to resolve the issue.

The forum is intended for peer-to-peer support.  There are faster ways to work with HP for situations like this.  You should expend your warranty options first.

 

If you are out of warranty then the next best option is to contact a local PC repair shop and ask for a quote.  However, chances are it will cost at least 50% the value of your printer to repair the problem.  You may be better off replacing your model with a new one.  That or switching over to USB or Network cable instead of WiFi.
