Our CP3505 will not let us print, we have to hit the check mark in the center of the arrows to print every page, we have had this problem in the past but this time it wont correct.

This issue occurs when the print job requests paper of a size or type that is not loaded in the printer. Make sure that the paper type is set on the control panel to match your media, i.e.: plain letter and that this is the type of paper the print job is requesting. I have seen drivers that are defaulted to eco paper or heavier weights and this will cause the printer to stop and ask you to load paper.
