P3015

Yesterday I replaced low toner cartridge with HP replacement (we only use HP).

Pages are now printing with a mark down right-hand side (apprx 1" band of dots...pic below).  Thought it might be the cartridge that was the problem, so put in another new HP cartridge.  Same issue, so must be printer.  Left it overnight, but this morning marks still down right side of paper and now there are black bits (thin, curled...see pic below) coming out (sometimes attached to paper)...could this be burnt on toner?

Machine is out of warranty, so looking for suggestions on how to fix, thank you.

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.Just for information some technical information is protected by HP and is not allowed to be answered. This is unfortunate and you will have to contact a HP repair shop for the help in this case. This could be burnt on toner onto the fuser rollers but it can also mean that the fuser unit is damaged.Hope this will help to find the problem.
