PRINER OFFLINE ERROR AGAIN AND AGAIN

Are you connecting via network? If you are, then a common problem with Windows 10 is that it defaults the driver install to use a WSD port. The problem is that these ports do not monitor printers properly and once they go to sleep or drop offline due to a printer error, the only time Windows refreshes is if you restart the printer. You want to change the port type on the driver to Standard TCP/IP. Find the IP address of your printer. Then on your pc go to control panel>devices and printers> right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the dropdown menu. Then click the ports tab and click add new port. Select port type of Standard TCP/IP and then use the address you obtained from the printer for the port.
