Product: HP laser jet 3015 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Respected Sir/Madam,

We are using HP Laser Jet 3015 Printer.We are facing page jam issue in our printer we check toner also replace toner and check roller but still facing same issue.We restart printer also print from different tray but issue not resolved kindly resolve my issue.

Can you be more specific? Where does does the paper actualy jam? Maybe can you provide some pictures?

Just a electronics enthusiast trying to fix everything.
