Hi,

My paper jammed with the M254DW when pulled the paper out from the back between I guess the feeder I heard a pop and now the long black feeder ( not sure if that's what it is called) is loose. I am thinking it is broken. I had to use a pen to get the paper out the way it was stuck. Is this something that can be fixed?

I think you're referring to the duplexer. Try the steps from here under the duplexer section: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-color-laserjet-pro-m253-m254-printer-series/14121301/model/1...
