HP M277 DW : B3Q11A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Let me explain my problem, I am the current owner of an HP M277DW, following a toner problem, I disassembled the printer, the printer worked again except the duplex printing which indicated me a jam output paper.
So I restarted and this time, when I turn on the printer, it indicates a paper jam at the output, it is unfortunately unusable except the scanner. What can I do ?

It's possible you may have unplugged a sensor during the disassembly process or potentially one was damaged. Is it giving a specific number with the error code? It would be something in the rear access door area of the printer, either in the fuser itself or possibly in the duplex door. You can try opening and closing all the rear doors, the main duplex door and there may be a smaller access door on the bottom.

I am not a HP employee. I am a service tech on these forums researching topics and offering my best guess to aide in your troubleshooting.
