During printing each other page ends up in a paper jam (half the paper is inside, half the paper is in the paper tray).
So it takes a lot of time to print multiple pages and I am spilling paper and toner as well.
I have cleaned the paper pick up roll (the one you see after removing the paper tray) with a lint-free cloth with a little bit of demineralized water on it and let it dry for 12 hours before putting the paper tray back in.
Unfortunately this did not bring any improvement.
Does anyone have another suggestion?

Replace the pick up roller. Make sure you tray is adjusted to the correct size, Not just the settings for the tray
