I needed to print some labels which I had never done on this printer. I put a sheets of Avery labels in the input tray. The printing went fine until the labels reached the final output rollers. The left half of the labels came out but the right half is jambed. Printer does not give an error message. The jambed paper is not visible when opening the rear access door. I can see the edge of the paper when I look in the output tray, but there is not enough visible to pull it out even if I could put my hand in there. Labels are not visible in the cavity of the input tray either. How can I access the output rollers to unjamb the printer?

After I looked at the repair manual, I decided to not tackle the job. My wife suggested I check at Sam's club and they had a very similar MFP color laser printer (M281cdw) on special sale for $309 ($450 in Staples, etc.). So I now have a new printer. I took the broken printer to where I work and the IT disassembled it and was able to remove the jambed labels. When he put it back together he could not get the panels to snap completely back in place, but the printer is usable again. I am happy with my new printer which is slightly smaller, has a white finish instead of black and does duplex printing.
Moral of the story: No one works on home and small office printers. They are treated as disposable devices with a limited life.

You need to take left, right cover off and take ADF seeembly ,rear top ,top cover off then you can see the furse and try to access the label from there , if that's not enough then you'll have to take the furse out too to clean up the label.
You need the service manual google and download it.
