Prints our 4 1/4" lines, one of each color then blank space, then lines agin. 4 per page, run approx 24 sheets and it clears up ??

Sorry friend, but youve got the worst laser cartridges ive seen.
The issue is from your bad toner cartridges. The laser hits a indentation on the OPC (the shiny roller on your cartridges) and scatters the laser beam across all other toner rollers shining a line on the roller, so it prints all color lines. I`m 100% sure that changing the defective cartidges will remedy your issue.
By looking at the printout it looks like you should replace the magenta toner first. Its bad definetly. And if that doesnt help, replace the cyan too.
