Product: Color Laser Jet Pro M454dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have gone through all the directions.

I have print anywhere setup in the HP Smart app.  When I click on Printer Settings > Print Anywhere, it says it is enabled, and I have the picture and a send link button.

I have the HP Smart App on my Note 8 phone.  I am able to print from the HP Smart App when off my network, even tested here at work.  No issues.

I am able to email the document to my printer, and it prints.

When I open the HP Smart app on my Windows 10 machine, at my work, off my network, it shows my printer, shows ink levels, says ready, etc.

If I click on Print Documents, and choose something to print, when I go to print, i get a box that pops up...

Print Job failed.

Printing failed due to a communication error with the printer.  Please check the printer to resolve the issue and then try again.

I can only click OK.

 

so, as you can see from the screenshots, status of the printer works when off network, but I can't print.  I can print by emailing the document, and print from my phone, just not my windows 10 machine.
