Trying to print but keeps coming up with Print failure message. Have restarted and unplugged as necessary. Have updated the new drivers but still keeps happening,

Where does this message come up? Let's restore the Printer's settings:
1. On the product control panel, touch the Setup button. 2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu. 3. Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button. The product automatically restarts.
