Product: HP photosmart plus b210
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My HP B210 printhead is stuck. When I open the top to insert new ink, the printhead won't move in the middle so I can get to it. Now that I have two cartridges out, the touch screen says the cartridges are missing. So I am unable to use the touch screen to reset the printer. I've unplugged it and turned it back on. I've tried resetting it through my computer and nothing works. Please help! Thank You.
