Hello, Need assistance with printer. The printer is offline. What needs to be done to bring the printer on line?

Complete and Detailed Problem Description including all network devices-

Operating System of computer (including service pack revision) -

Connection Method - USB, Hardwired LAN, Wireless, Wireless Direct? -

Make and model of router and modem? -

Error messages - on printer screen and/or computer, any blinking light patterns? -

Do you think the printer is going to sleep and can’t wake up? -

If wireless, when the problem occurs, what is the status of Blue Wireless light on printer, on, off or blinking? –

Power off printer and router.  Power on router and wait 3 mins, power on printer.  Does it connect to the router now?  What is the printers IP address?

Hello, the operating system is Windows 10.

Connection Method, is wireless. Make and model of router, Netgear, N600 Wireless Dual Band Router WNDR3400v3.

Error messages - on printer screen and/or computer, any blinking light patterns? - No error messages on the printer. It states "READY" It is from the computer it states offline. The Wireless light is solid blue light.

Do you think the printer is going to sleep and can’t wake up? - No, the printer is on. 

If wireless, when the problem occurs, what is the status of Blue Wireless light on printer, on, off or blinking? – Blue Wireless light stays on. 

Power off printer and router.  Power on router and wait 3 mins, power on printer.  Does it connect to the router now? NO, I followed the directions and the computer states the printer is still offline and can not print.

What is the printers IP address? 192.168.1.8

Well, all statues show normal so let's try this.

By downloading and running the HP Print and Scan doctor, it stated there are new updates. I accepted the updates and now I can print!!
