Product: HP Color Jet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I keep getting an error message to load paper in tray 1.  My printer is full of paper, there are no jams. I am printing in legal size out of tray 2. When I started the print job, it printed just fine, but it only printer 30 pages out of 157. It just stopped printing. When I went to start the printing job again, it started giving me the error message. I have no idea what to do and I need these docs asap!

Hello,

In order to palliate this incident, please follow the instructions of the HP link Printer does not pick up paper or misfeeds.

If the issue persists, I've sent you a private message. Thank you in advance for not republishing it publicly in the HP support community.
