Printer Issues

HP OfficeJet Pro 8500APlus
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is the second of this same printer I have owned.  Each time they have issues once the warranty has expired around 14-17 months.  

The printer was working occasionally.  It is not working at all now.  It started by printing blank pages, partial pages, and now it keeps having an issue with the pinch rollers not dropping so it keeps saying that it is out of paper.

As I understand, your printer gives an error message "Out of paper" and does not print the pages as expected,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

When was the last time it worked fine?

Were there any hardware/software changes made?

Does this happen while making a photocopy? 

 

While you respond to that, let's try these steps to resolve the issue: Click here

Solution one: Restart the All-in-One
Solution two: Check the condition of the paper, and then reload it
Solution three: Adjust the paper settings in the print driver
Solution four: Clean the paper rollers
Solution five: Reset the All-in-One
