Anyone know why this smearing keeps happening on my Office Jet Pro 7740. Tried the cleaning and alignment programs but nothing is helping. Do i need a new print head?

Are you feeding that paper long edge first or short edge first? If long edge first might be something stuck on the bottom of the carriage or the print head.
